When I got there I found I really enjoyed experiencing a different culture. Also wildlife. About 350 varieties of bird. You can feed wild monkeys from your hand. This time I saw 13 hippos. I love the music, the colours, the vibrancy of the country, the friendly people as well as the heat. " Sounds fantastic. As an Arabic speaker I have worked a lot in Islamic countries and find the people absolutely amazing. If they were hungry and poor and you descended upon their house, they would ensure you are first. Throw in the wildlife and it seems like you have a great location. | |||

"I got invited to a local home for Eid. Humbling experience. An outside tap. Compost toilet. One pot on charcoal for cooking. They got me a wooden box to sit on and they sat on the floor. Two women spent three hours preparing a really tasty meal just on that one flame. They all ate with their fingers but had borrowed me a spoon. We shared one huge platter, about ten of us. They kept pushing bits of fish and egg on to my spoon so I wasn't just eating rice and veg. So generous when they had nothing. The next day I turned up in a taxi with a dining table strapped to the roof as a thank you gift. " Fantastic | |||
