Please can anyone explain how the "guess" game works?

For example

A forum post OP says Guess the size of the cock/tits.

Responses say "Im in" or state of size.

So what we don't understand is how do they know who has guessed correctly OR if you wrote "Im in" do people then look at your pics to guess?

So confused
