Honest answer, I don’t know.

We live on the opposite side of the estuary and so use clubs etc there.

However the city has at least 4 clubs that I know of - and a handily placed sex hyper market just next to the airport!

We have been to Bordeaux a few times and visted a club there call la Different it's very nice Saturday evening from nine is couples only and Monday afternoons all ways had fun there been lots of nice French couples and the language barrier has not been a problem as we only speak a little French, 11 Rue Pénicaud, 33000 Bordeaux, France
