Bonjour!

Not sure this will be too much help, but the only naturalist site we know is Pallieter which is in Dept 22 about 30 mins drive from the ferry port in St.Malo. Fairly certain that this place allows errr.. 'younger' people though.

If you are looking for something a little more risque try La Roseraie, the downside is that's a whole bundle of kilometres further south towards Lyon.

There are a few naturalist beaches in Brittany but actual resorts are somewhat thin on the ground.
