Ascot

We went /drove down last year..never again. Shambolic (Mr can write this a half French himself) French organisation of a huge sporting event...shame but in the plus side it can only get better

Thinking of going next year as got an offer for three days discounted tickets.

Would be camping on site and riding down on motorcycle to get through the traffic.

It is only a couple of hours from where I live so makes sense to grab the opportunity.

Once there, was the organisation any better?

How was the entertainment in the evenings- assumming that you stayed on site?

Tickets bought and accommodation nearby booked. Planning cycling to the event each of the 3 days so to get through the queues plus be able to have a beer or two...
