Cap d’Agde, France

Agde is a proper noun therefore A

Cap in this case is also a proper noun.

d’ is a preposition, which never have capitals

Example: Cape of Good Hope in English

Therefore

Cap d’Agde Is the proper spelling .

The main thing is the a and d being the wrong way around.

Lots of people even those who have been many times. Pronounce it.
