Always better when the weather is a bit iffy but we've had some good afternoons on nice days as well.
You could also go down the narrow corridor on the ground floor at Tantra. That can get wild, especially at the weekends.

Nice days can be a bit thin but there is nearly always something happening. Cloudy days get very busy, especially at the weekends.
