I was unable to get time off work so had to sacrifice my Ryanair flight and book on Eurostar.

1. Does the train from Paris to Montpelier serve meals and what is the standard / price .? When booking I could not see the option to pay extra and have coffees and light snacks . Not sure if it is too late to upgrade now. When flying from the UK I have a priority pass so always start the trip with an excellent Breakfast. Would like to do something similar on Eurostar .

2. Has anyone experienced any difficult in finding their trains when changing at Paris du Nord .

Hi pat we have done the journey numerous times very easy.either you go via lille or paris. Why not take the train direct to agde?

If in paris its a 20 min metro journey to gare de lyon

Thanks . I change at Lille so it is hopefully a straight forward platform change . I am checking the on board catering now.

Hi. My options were limited. The first train of the day was fully booked. At the time I did not realise that I could fly from Luton to Montpelier on a Saturday and at a very competitive price as well.

However Eurostar should be an interesting experience ( though a lot more costly than flying )
