Orange internet

There seems to be problems in Cap with Orange? We lost internet over the weekend in one apartment and today lost it in another one. It says check connections - the fault is outside the apartments but engineer still needs access to the apartment. Watch for a red light on your "I" button.

We had them here for weeks ,same red light,

they installed new livebox .new connectors and new external phone libe 250 meters .

In the end it turned out to be some type of fuse box (the size of a matchbox) hidden in the grenier..

Trouble free since.

Yes a tweak in the box outside seems to do the trick. It's back on now.

Ours disappears several times a day. Orange visit two or three times a month and say they've fixed it.

We now call them every week and have done so for the last 7 months. !!

One day....
