Hi,

I hope someone can help. I’m looking at going on a last minute trip to Cap D’adge next week.

I have found this accommodation very reasonably priced. Vacanceole Residence Hoteliere Le Saint Clair.

My question is has anyone ever stopped there and is it within the naturist part of Cap D’adge. Will I need a car to get about to ?

Oh and on the off chance would any ladies fancy coming with me ? All you would need to do is pay the £60 for the flight from Luton. I’m going from the 27th June to the 4th July.

In relation to accommodation reasonably priced and naturist village rarely appear in the same sentence at any time of the summer.

The place you have booked is in the main port area of Cap d'Agde, about two miles from the naturist village.

There is an hourly bus service (no. 4) during the day but it ends quite early in the evening. Like most of France car hire is expensive and the naturist village does not have a taxi rank so taxis back out are not plentiful.

It will be a 30 minute walk from where you are staying to the entrance to the Naturiste village . It is not an ideal end to the evening but part of the price you pay for cheaper accommodation.

Your other option night be to hire a pitch on the campsite.

We had family stay there last year as our place was full. We only saw 1 room so can only comment on that. It was a bit dated and tired would be a fair description. The swimming pool was quite small but had a large sunbathing area. There were a few sunbeds but there were lots of single mattresses! We would not use them as they were grubby (mattresses) and didn't know if they were maybe from the guests rooms? There is a small gym area. It's centrally located and about 20 mins from the village walking. It may have improved from Aug 17. It cost £750 for 5 night's.

Hello. Is that through a booking agent or direct with the owner.? Sometimes in life you have to take a risk but the price seems very low. My only concern would be booking it and then finding I had been scammed. If there are safeguards go for it. You can use the money saved to clean the room yourself and remove any stains .

That should be safe as booking dot com do not release monies to the owner unto after your arrival date. It seems very cheap though..

I've actually booked my flights etc. On the premise the flight and parking did not cost the earth.

In all honesty I want advice where to stay as I've just just said fuck it lol. Xx

We took a suitcase with tent, sleeping bags and camping chairs. Worked perfectly although it did look a bit odd dragging wheelie suitcases onto the campsite. The facilities in the campsite are good and it is a cheaper option.
