Starting to plan my first visit to the Cap over Easter 2019. Travelling as a single and looking to book an apartment in the village or very close to the resort.

Having done considerable research I would also appreciate the input of residents and frequent visitors before confirming my booking.

Areas Id like to gain clarity on would be:

Airport, as the closest airport to Cap seems not to be accessible from MAN or LPL, which alternative offers the least complex travel to the resort.

Transportation, would car hire be advised?

Accomodation, which appartments might a single lady feel comfortable and secure for a 7 night stay?

Thank you in advance for your assistance xx

If you want to stay on a ghost town then it’s the place to head for.

Hello. The nearest airport is Beziers and then either a 35 Euro taxi fare to Cap d Agde or two bus journey.

For accommodation the choice is probably either Hotel Eve or an apartment . If renting an apartment ask to see pictures of it. Size will range from 15 sq metres for the very basic to 30 sq metres for the larger ones .

If access to your apartment block is gated it gives you additional security .

It will be dead then. End of May bank holiday would be best as just starting to open up. I wouldn't waste your money at Eastertime.
