Hi Folks,

I’ve been to Cap d’Agde many times as part of a couple, but 2018 will be my first time as a single. Is there any couples or singles wanting to share accommodation/food/ booze etc? I’m very willing to pay half of everything. Very open about dates. June/July/August.

All rental agreements have a sublet clause in them so you would have to be on the rental agreement. Also in the event of damage you would be liable joint and severally. Finally the Loi Alur requires rental properties to be register and each property has a licence with regard to how many occupants it can accommodate (health & safety).

Complex isn't it?
