Does anyone have any first hand experience of the process around contacting Oltra with a view to seeing about purchase of a residential/static caravan and plot rental?

Any feedback/experience shared is appreciated.

They used to have a rule that you had to have made a certain number of visits before you got a permanent pitch. They use a company near Bezier to supply and install. From memory it's about 25,000€ plus site fees around 3,500€ - just to give you an approximate cost. Oltra will give you all the details.
