We are couples from London coming to Cap in October - first time in Cap so looking for info and what to do and what to expect etc

Any other like minded couples around that time let's meet up !

I think you can expect it to be very quiet and a lot of (probably most) places closed.

The season in Cap is very short.

Luckily you are going at the weekend when quite a few places with be open . Mixing with the locals is a lot easier if you are able to speak French .

The Sauna Club in Port Ambonne is open every day as are a number of bars . Most clubs are open at the weekend .

You are unlikely to meet many British couples as the tourist season is now finished ( the super markets are either closed or preparing to close and quite a few bars / clubs have closed as well .

One idea might be to join one of the French swingers sites before you leave .
