Cap D'age best time to go?

village between York and Hull

We went 4 years ago 1st week in July and it was busy,. Looking at going next year first 2 weeks in september, is it still busy or what time of the year would you reccomend?

Depends on whom you meet whilst there. If your lucky enough to meet several nice couples and click - anytime is good.

Our fear is that come September things may be winding down.

First week in Sept is certainly not quiet, second week the shops will be winding down, but all the pubs, clubs and restaurants will still be going.

After the second week it will be noticeably less busy.

The best time to go may depend on what your requirements are . I usually go for a week each month from May onwards and the end of September is one if my favourites. Less people means better service and there is still plenty of opportunity to meet .
