We're off to Cap again this year on the above dates.

We'll be staying in an apartment near the centre that has its own hot-tub...anyone fancy joining us for a sexy dip?

Must be some apartment to have its own hot tub, normally apartments in the Cap are the size of broom cupboards!

Apartment sizes very considerably in Cap. The small ones are 14sm and the largest 60sm - but they are rare! A decent size will be 30sm which will give you a separate bedroom. Just ask the agency for the square metreage - that's how it's "sold" here.

In addition to asking about size I would also like to see pictures of the apartment conerned and confirmation that they are recent . Some apartments use the size more more effectively than others . For example an apartment may be 30 sq metres but unmodernised and contain children's beds and a stud wall. Now that Cap is a swingers resort these beds are unnecessary and restrict the usable space .
