Hi, we are new to the cap holiday area...we will be booking the last 2 weeks of august 2017 for swinging fun and games.

Any recommendations with regards to, hotels, apartments, best way to travel etc will be most welcome. Xx

Hello . I am unable to recommend any hotels or accommodation as it is deemed to be advertising and in breach of the forum rules .

For travel the best option is probably a Ryanair Flight from Manchester to Bezier and then either two bus journeys or an airport transfer to the Naturiste Village . Other options are Eurostar or flights to Montpelier

You should note that many accommodation agents only take bookings from a Saturday to a Saturday , This means that traffic around the area is heavy during the peak season on a Saturday and you may have to queue for an hour at the gate in order to purchase passes . You can avoid this by using an agent who can purchase passes in advance on your behalf .

A lot of good accommodation is booked up to a year in advance . The weeks which you have selected are in the peak season and some of the most expensive . All the bars etc are crammed pack .

Have you any flexibility on the dates ? I tend to prefer some of the quietier weeks and there are still plenty of opportunities for private meets etc .

Once you arrive and settle in everything is within walking distance . You have about 10 night clubs , 2 Saunas ( sex clubs ) , some good musical bars , plenty of restaurants and a beach where you can have sex or just watch .

If you want to arrange meets there is a free flysheet called La Une in which you can advertise . Phone numbers are allowed in it . It helps if you speak French though as those replying will be mainly French . Make sure picture messaging is working on your phone when abroad in order to exchange details

Accommodation at the Cap can be hugely expensive and not, good value for money.

We have stayed at Hotel Eve a lot. We like it because, during the day, the pool area isn't full-on bonking. This gives you a bit of a break before going out into the scene at night. Others don't like Eve because of this and chose hotels where sex round the pool is a regular event.

Some of the rooms in Eve are very small cramped so ask for a poolside or poolside view on the ground floor.

The Riat by the entrance to the naturist quarter is also great, but no pool.

As the previous poster has said, you're planning to go in peak season so pretty much everything will be booked up already.

If you can't find accomm on the Cap itself, try Terre de Soleil. This is a swimgers campsite with pitches, chalets and mobile homes and its own (excellent) on-site club.. It's about 20 min drive from TDS to the Cap.

As said above, August is peak season so accommodation will be scarce and expensive. Also beware that the rental apartments are privately owned and quality (or lack of it) can vary widely. This year will be our 8th year and we have had some really nice apartments, but we've also had a couple of horrors. In August expect to pay the thick end of 1000€ per week for anything decent.

The three main letting agents in the village are Peng France, Genevieve Naturisme, and Naturist dot de. A quick google will get you to the websites.

For getting there. If you want to fly then Ryanair to Bezier is by far the best bet. We always go by car which gives us the added advantage of being able to shop at the (sometimes chaotic) Hyper U and Lidl supermarkets outside the village. The small ones inside can be quite expensive.

If you do fancy driving, Dover - Calais then straight down the middle Paris, Clermont Ferrand, over the Millau bridge and drop down into Bezier. Around 10 hours from Calais depending on traffic

There is a huge range in accommodation offerings - quality and pricing. From 1st July this year a new law is coming into force "Loi Alur" for rental properties in France over 15yrs old and for ALL rental properties from 1/8/18! Some of the cowboys are going to be thrown out with a bit of luck. It is more expensive to stay in the village 2 or 3 times the price of staying just outside. "You pay your money you make your choice". If you want to know about good quality apartments inside and outside the village which are fully compliant with the law - PM us.
