Belfast

Has anyone else noted the huge price hike in air fares this summer to France?

I've traveled 100s and whether you're flying mainland, Belfast or Dublin they're all twice the price of last year.

Do you think they may reduce or is this an inevitable result of Brexit ?

Portsmouth, North Brittany, France

I think you'll find it's because the pound and the euro both lost value against the USD, so, as oil is paid for in dollars, hey ho, the prices hike unfortunately!

C'est la vie!

fuel has a lot to do with it but there's still bargains to be had ( I can only speak for mainland) I'm going to Limoges in March for a week from east midlands.

£29.98 return with Ryanair.

If anyones in the area 5-12 March and wants to sovialise, let me know

cheers

Dave

its a strange one . we are flying to Tenerife in a month for £109 return.

and some flights to beziers in may are £19 but later in the year the prices are more than last year by quite a bit.

still much cheaper than driving though.

I got a flight to Fuerventura about £100 cheaper than last year in a flight sale, look round before you book.

The dollar will probably fall soon because of Trump that should help.

Brexit has nothing to do with it we are still in the EU

All flights seem to be expensive this year, though we are tied to the school holidays. We are not even that bothered where we go (within reason) just like to see somewhere different.
