We are going to cap for our very first time 8th-15th July staying in port soleil. Any tips for us newbies to cap or anyone else there same the time as us?

First timers for a week eg ?

Start getting lots of sleep before you go, you might not get much sleep in Cap !

Don't need much sleep. When we go to pdi we get in 4-5am and up at 9..life's for living. Can't wait, but we've pdi to go to first again on 2nd Jan

He's old, bald and a Grandad! Lol.

Take plenty of drink with you or money as it's getting bloody expensive in some places as we found out this year. Been visiting a few years now and Geordies are right. Come home for a rest !!!! Lol. xx

everyone has their favourite sector, but no matter where you stay it will be a unique experience! Accomm is varied from very poor to wow. Prices are expensive to eye watering ouch. However you can halve your accommodation costs by staying just outside the village.

You first choice will be to decide whether you want to stay inside or outside the gate

Staying inside the village is a lot more convenient but also up to twice the price of staying outside the village .

The village itself is compact so it does not matter where you stay inside the gate . However some apartments near clubs can be noise you.

Ask to see recent pictures of any apartment before you book.

Cap d Agde is great fun but it all comes at a price .

Hi guys, as per our chats we will be there 4th July for 10 nights, been going for 10 years now, plenty options to avoid spending a fortune, but he'll yes, you only live once, so pool party and foam parties are a must

We've just got back from Pdi today met a lovely couple who've been 10 times to cap so gave us loads of info so can't wait now

If you drive down, buy your food and wine before entering the Quarter Naturists. You will save lots, and won't need to eat out every day in what becomes a limited spread of restaurants.

Spend your savings on clothes for the evening.
