weve been going to the cap a few years, finding it harder to get any day arrival rentals, if all rentals are saturday to saturday, how do most folk get a flight and accomodation, cos only manchester fly to beziers on a saturday, we usually use peng france, hav used ann n david james before also, we usually go from edinburgh or bristol, just wondering, any ideas guys xxx penny

Bit daring here, as we last booked outside the camp site back in 2005. Not certain we believe this claim that bookings can only be done Saturday to Saturday. Can understand it in High Season, but we never had any problems booking the dates we wanted with AGN outside the peak demand times. No operator in their right mind would turn down the chance to fill accommodation if they have it available. Will now go and dig a trench, get tin helmet ready, and await the incoming fire from others, including the keyboard warriors who have never been.

We switched to AGN about 10 years ago because they allowed bookings to start any day to any day. The campsite also allows any day to any day for their mobile home, chalet rentals. We prefer to arrive before Saturday as that way you get a full weekend of fun in.

Yes you are right outside of mid july to august 31 most will take mid week bookings 3 out of 4 of our hols have been wednesday for 10 days.its only fully booked peak season even then some people have managed a last min booking as some people have to cancell and loose the bookings .

some privately owned apartments can be booked any day arrivals & departures can't say who as deemed as advertising!

. Hi. I found Peng to be an excellent agency buy totally inflexible with regards to booking dates .

Luckily , there is a member of this forum who is totally flexible on dates and has a few top quality apartments available within the gate .

ta guys, got sorted , got midweek accomodation from both peng and agn, i chose peng mon to wednesday 9 nights, end of june into july ,. xxx penny
