this is a great idea, but unfortunately flawed! People who have left reviews for privately owned apartments have been timed out of forums for 48hrs or ad in our case had our profile wiped clean as deemed as advertising! A bit rich considering there are club profiles on here blatantly advertising? Level playing field ????

Yes in clubs section you can recive reviews and Thay have their we'd sites on them too so was just my I dear for people to leave their reviews of places that have stayed or Clubs that have been too in Cap d'Adge

Yes, have to agree that it's a great idea, but one that won't be allowed.

Maybe if it was restricted to hotels within the complex .....? You only have one campsite to choose from.

But there aren't many hotels and they all seem OK, different standards of course but none are ones you'd run away from.

Says us, who have only ever stayed at Hotel Eve....!

. Hi. Excellent idea and while members are allowed to comment on a wide variety of topics on these forums , should you mention that a member provides accommodation such as apartments , it is deemed to be advertising and you will receive a timeout or in the worst case kicked off the site .

Maybe fab should have a paid advertising section where members could comment on the standards of accommodation .

What I fail to understand is that you are allowed to organise paid parties but not mention members who provide accommodation.

I was timed out for forty eight hours for mentioning a member .

I did not know the reason for the timeout and even had to contact administration for an explanation.

we have only ever stayed in heliopolis basic apartments and the campsite.

They are VERY basic not even a permenent bed and be prepared to walk up about 75 steps (no lift) its a killer especially in the afternoon heat.

You will be much better off in the campsite .or paying that bit extra and getting a ground or first floor apartment.

. As with lots of things in life , you get what you pay for . The slightly more expensive accommodation will have a separate bed room , a lift installed , and maybe a private swimming pool plus washing machine and air conditioning .

We've never managed to get an apartment with a private swimming pool in it !!

. I have an apartment there with access to a private pool and as an added bonus it has high ceilings and a stunning view of the Marina ..

We were trying to imagine swimming around in the air conditioned washing machine! What luxury, but like the Geordies, something only in a vivid dream.
