Well we spent 5 nights in Terre de Soleil and just left today.

The site is large and well laid out with fantastic facilities.

Compared to La Roserai near Vichy it's more of a naturist feel about the actual site although there's the outdoor play are the "petit bois"

We had dinner in the Palasia restaurant attached bit separate to the camp site which was fabulous, and for €85 for a couple for three courses with a bottle of wine and coffee PLUS free entry to the club is very good value.

The L'Extasia club is very nice, a small disco area and several levels of playrooms plus the petit bois becomes part of the club on the nights it's open.

The only negative was the bloody flies that ate us alive no matter what we sprayed on us, they were even worse than mosquito bites and seem to stay itchy for longer .. if anyone knows of a repellent available locally that works please let us know !! Also an itch relief that works as cortisone isn't cutting it.

Anyways thats that and we are of to Rene Otra at Cap for a few days from Thursday as we're taking a few days to recover.

Shame about the flies/mozzies.

Some years are hell, others you hardly notice them. Luck of the draw.

We've been regulars for many years, so know it fairly well.

La Roseraie is a site that we keep meaning to visit, we'll get there one day..!
