Hello, please bear in mind This question is based on the fact we are quite inexperienced as a couple and also this is our first visit There.

As new base, what would you suggest we do and go to for the first few days? Any obvious pitbulls any obvious things that we mustn’t miss out on? What sort of clubs should we go to especially as we are people with regular bodies and not Gym fit?

It's great fun just having a drink and people watching at night - the outfits you'll see being worn are incredible!

In terms of clubs the sauna 2x2 is good if you want to have fun in the afternoon... And of course there's the foam party which is what Cap is famous for...

Make sure you go to Melrose Place bar. Tunes were absolutely banging and a proper DJ that knows how to mix too! Loads of poles for pole dancing!

You must do the foam party at Glamour beach. It is an experience you won’t get anywhere else.

Babylon pool party- also very good.

People watching - late afternoon/early evening at 1664. Then move to La pilouterie or similar bars in the port to watch all the ‘peacocking’

Club wise- we’ve only ever gone high season when it is very heavy on the “beautiful people” Tantra is our preference over Glamour beach.

For daytimes- the beach- obvs- if you like the beach. If not- Kama Sutra is our favourite for a relaxed day of sunbathing- and if you like the chaos you can head into the ‘hamman’ area beneath it.

Evenings - Bodega or as others have said Melrose (cash only in Melrose)

Have a blast - you will be hooked as it is like no place on Earth!
