Hygiene standards Cap D'Agde clubs

Are we the only ones grossed out by the poor hygiene standards at Cap clubs? No towels, no bins, no hand gel? Mo one cleaning playrooms. Even at Extasia out in the woods, no way to clean up, no fresh towels. We have stopped going to the clubs but if you know anywhere with higher standards let us know!
