Hi first time in cap, 15-18 just after advice on where’s best to go though the day and at night?

Depends on what you want.

During the day if you want to play your options are the foam party at Glamour Beach, the party at Babylon- that’s on some days, the Sauna or downstairs at Kamasutra. There are probably other options that I’m not aware of!

Evenings, there are a number of swinging clubs. I’d recommend Tantra.

To chat/people watch- Bodega’s is great, or sit in one of the bars by the port.

If you go north past the nudity and I think the red parasol is still there you'll see the swinging section. It'll be blatantly obvious.

Each pool will be different so I'd tread cautious if I were you.

Generally there's going to be plenty of sex and you'll answer your own questions with a "AHH, ok now I see".
