I would have thought that this is standard practice in most clubs and bars. I would rather club owners monitor what is happening and can take immediate action if a breach of security occurred. They probably find it a little mundane having to monitor cameras but at least they are ensuring everyone is safe.

I'm sure the camera footage is available if asked for.. in France I think you are entitled to see footage if you are being filmed.

I know that as an individual if your cameras point outside of your property that is not allowed.

Surely somewhere it will also clearly show signs that security cameras are in use. I think it's a legal requirement.

I think the fab collective will correct me if I'm wrong here

We agree with the above statements. Better to be safe in the event of someone over stepping the mark The camera would prove any wrong doings. Think you should be more worried about doing things on the beach and being filmed. It goes on all the time. We have seen friends on porn hub who have been secretly filmed then it’s been posted on line. That’s a crime

Cameras are a standard thing in a lot of saunas for safety and security reasons in public areas such as hot tubs etc

When I was last at a sauna the staff identified a d*unk man climbing out the hot tub stumbling and nearly being sick, he was ejected from the sauna and put in a taxi, without this footage good knows what would have happened

There have been CCTV cams in every hot tub we've been to, swingers club or vanilla spa. Mostly incase of accidents but also to help enforce no-intercourse rules.
