"Has anyone noticed any changes to the beach club this year with reservations? We booked a Champaign/mattress package but it was given away before opening time. It seemed a bit chaotic than before too." We reserved a mattress - not the VIP ones- just the normal ones in the same way as last year- but then were told when we arrived that as we hadn’t had a confirmation text that day it wasn’t reserved. | |||

" Same thing happened to us yesterday. When we were here 4 weeks ago, they were actually sending texts out on the morning and if you replied & confirmed then all was good. Seems to have fallen apart now though…. | |||

We got the confirmation text 2 weeks ago (but on our planned second trip to the mousse) and it didn’t arrive until ten past one- by which time we had made alternate plans. | |||
