Cap D’Agde - which hotels allow open play?

We’re looking at a summer holiday in Cap D’Agde next year. Any recommendations for adult only hotels where you are allowed to play by the pool?

We loved being able to play poolside at La Mirage in PDI earlier this year, so we’re looking for a similar experience.

I can’t get availability or prices for Oz’inn - I assume they release a few months at a time (anyone know when June 2025 will be released)?

Al replies appreciated, thanks!

Before you get the price of Ozz Inn make sure you have a very stiff drink handy.

Jardin's Eden and Babylon allow play (Babylon is the venue for the pool party's) and although still expensive are not as crazy as Ozz. (well last time I looked anyway)

That’s great, thanks. Follow up question… if we ignore open play, is there an area of the village that’s quieter at night? We love partying, but not at 3am 😂

Manchester

Oz will be about €400 a night in June. There is plenty of play on the roof terrace both in the jacuzzi and on the beds but people tend to be subtle with it.

Are these resorts mostly couples or do single men go too?

Oz allows single men to stay although you don't see many

southend

We had a long weekend in Babylon before the pandemic and play was certainly allowed around the pool, in the pool and in the jacuzzi. There was also a party in the neighbouring apartment one night that eventually finished around 6am, so no guarantees of being able to sleep.

Quieter parts are apartments in port soleil and port venus.

We now predominantly rent chalets on the camp site as everyone has to be quiet after midnight, so if you need an early night you can pretty much guarantee being able to sleep.

You could of course book an appartment in a quiet part and also book a few nights at Babylon or Eden.

We’ve stayed in Port Nature 2 - on the quieter side- overlooking Heliopolis, we’ve done 2 years both times high season at end of July. Parties tend to be on the other more lively side. No concerns with noise once we retired for the night.
