Cap d'Agde: Jardin d'Eden

I have a question for those who stayed at Jardin d'Eden last year. The last time I stayed there in the room on the first floor of the North section three things caught my attention:

The room was quite spatious and in faily good condition.

The beds were large (for Cap).

The bedsheets were replaced daily.

What have your experiences been in 2023? How would you rate the condition of the room you stayed in and do they still replace bedsheets every day?

Scotland

We were there for a couple of weeks last year, staying in the large ground floor apartment. There was daily housekeeping, but I think they only changed the sheets a couple of times a week. Lots of towel changes though.

The breakfast is fairly pointless and is served a bit early for Cap time, so we had breakfast at Baskin or 1664 most days.

Lovely staff though, and great to have the pool. When we left the owner told us he was doing a big refurb this winter, maybe the locals can confirm if any work is going on.

We have decided to go back to an apartment this year, and just buy day tickets to Eden or Waiki as the mood takes us.

This is good information. I am going to Cap with someone who hasn't been there before and I want her to have the best experience. I stayed at Eden five years ago, those beds must have seen lots of usage since then I guess I could pay the ladies cleaning the rooms to change the sheets daily.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Much appreciated.

London

We've stayed there twice a year, for at least the last 10 years always in the 'shoulder" months of May/June and September. It was a bit quieter than usual last year but much the same as ever and different to anywhere else. Great staff, excellent music by the pool, sheets changed on request but every couple of days anyway. It was given a facelift during the 2023 offseason so looks better than it did. The breakfast were previously 5-star hotel quality, became complete rubbish but improved a bit last year.

Play by the pool is a nice feature.
