"We realise our questions may have been asked in previous threads, but having spent some time reading through the forum we hope you don't mind us posting a few questions of our own... We're looking to head to Cap for a stay inside the village for 5 - 7 days in June/July 2024. - first, how do we book an apartment/studio? We've read about agencies (even Airbnb and booking d0t c0m) - any recommendations? - how soon in advance are places available to book; i.e. book now, or likely not until the new year? - June or July? We're thinking end of June at the moment, if we can get it. - suggestions for which area in the village would be a good place to book (having never been we're not sure of the scale of the place) - Cap will be the end point of a road trip down France - will there be somewhere to park our car in the village, or do we need to book a place that specifically has a garage? Thanks in advance. " Hi, Late June early July are good times to go. However, mosquitos can be a pain...take your favourite repellent! Resid and AGN are some of the biggest rental agents. Both have online brochures and staff speak good English. Get info from them by email. Probably won't confirm a booking before new year. Heliopolis or Port Nature most popular rentals. Ask for car parking, air con, lifts etc when you book. Beds can be a bit small or folding.... AVOID click clacks horrible folding things. Most bookings are Saturday to Saturday. You can buy whatever you need in the village and it's all in walking distance. Hope this helps. D and A. | |||
