Getting to Cap from Barcelona

We head to Cap d'Agde on Friday morn, 1st Sept.

Assume we'll take a train from Barcelona.

Any suggestions on which train or other option from BCN to Cap?

I see a "TGV" train line to Gare d'Agde. That the best option?

From Gare d'Agde, I understand the Bus #4 the best option? Takes about an hour? It lets off at the gate into the village?

Would a cab or other option from Gare d'Agde save any time?

Had a look at the TGV, it goes from Barcelona Sants (which isn't at the airport) to the station at Agde, 99€ per person and takes 2h36 which looks like a good option. Don't take the TER train, you have to change twice and takes 5 hours.

The best place to look is SNCF-connect dot com, then type in 'Départ' Barcelone and 'Arrivée' Agde + the date and click on 'Trajet directs'.

A cab from the train station to le cap will be faster (15-20min) than a bus but more expensive

How much is the cab ride?

Will have to balance the cost with our strong desire to get naked as quickly as possible.
