go early, 1.30pm, buy a mattress and take a towel to put on it. It's great fun

All the above information is spot on, its a great day we have both enjoyed it, the parties are dependant on the weather though, so if it starts to break up the parties are not always on and i think stop early in the beginning of September, no set date i dont think, we hope they will still be on though as we arrive on the 29th of August for several days, cant wait.

Search Le glamour beach on google, takes you to their website (translates to English via google) and you can book on line. Other advice is take bare minimum as apart from sun cream, money, and towels you pretty much have to leave everything at the cloakroom on entry (including phones). Last year they did allow you to keep your shoes / sliders on though
