Anyone else struggling to get a reply when trying to book specific Heliopolis apartments this summer?

Same here, we're still trying to get a response. No reply to our mails and the phone just has a recorded message saying we're busy with your numerous rental requests.

We've booked with them before though and were happy with the service so still hoping.

We booked June in Dec, all done very quickly. Then added Last week in Aug first in Sept, three weeks ago, no replies till last week when a message came through saying, we had two days to pay our deposit or loose the booking.

No idea why the service has dropped, as we have used them for years. Have you had a look at the German agency?

We finally gave up waiting for AGN to respond, its been weeks with no reply and no way to contact them.

We reserved with Sylviane Byll, all online, instant response. What a relief, we were getting worried about not finding somewhere to rent.

For info the German agency is Naturist dot DE. We wrote to them and they wrote back the next day saying everything is booked for our dates (29th July to 12 August). Interestingly, when they wrote back, the mail was from Club Helios so it seems they're one and the same.

Thank you for your helpful responses. As of yesterday still no reply from AGN and whereas their website now allows me to book a specific apartment it says payment must be made in advance and in full!

AGN finally wrote with a rental offer. Too late though, we've already beeoked with someone else.. Maybe next year.
