On the Cap Facebook page there is a schedule of the various beaches in Le Cap.

The description of the VN beach made me chuckle

Naturist beach :

for followers of naturism or otherwise... on that note, pay attention to where you decide to lay your towel based on what you expect from your afternoon tan...
