It looks like the Stansted to Beziers flight today was cancelled at the last minute as it was 2 weeks ago. Leaving passengers stranded both ends.

Montpellier to Gatwick flights cancelled last week. It’s becoming a real lottery getting here by air.

Yikes. I'm due to fly back to the UK on Tuesday. Part of me hopes it gets cancelled so I can stay here longer

. I was wondering if this might happen to any of the flights. I will investigate Eurostar as a back up in case things go wrong. Hopefully by September the pressure will have eased off. Bad news for both passengers and shareholders in the companies concerned.

FYI. Our flights from/to Luton on 21/25 June were delayed, but not cancelled.

'near that London'

Ok . The Ryanair flight to Beziers yesterday ( Sunday ) was not actually cancelled, but diverted to Marseille ( which is 140 k from Cap !) …not a good situation as Ryanair no help of course .., ( no excuse, but it wasn’t their fault in the first place tbh) but at 23.00 us and another couple grabbed an Uber ( €300) and got here 1.30am ( 6 hours late ) ( no idea what happened to the poor people on the return flight from Beziers to Stansted ) ….However now we are sitting overlooking the beach in the sunshine , looking forward to a patio party tonight and more friends arriving tomorrow.

. Not as bad as a cancellation. At what time did the flight take off? We have the same flight in September so hopefully this was a one off. I was going to book flights from Luton as a back up in case of cancellation but for now will just remain optimistic.

Didn't Ryanair provide road transportation to Beziers?

Colchester

It was delayed due to a passenger feeling unwell on the plane on the runway.... So the take off was delayed and as we had the last slot to Bezier before it closed for the evening they wouldn't stay open even for us! So rude lol

We should be able to claim the taxi fair back from Ryanair. So no problem there. The worry on the night was that there were a plain load of people looking for taxis for a two hour journey at 11pm at night. But as Pour L'Amour said.... We're here and enjoying our first trip to the Cap.

Fly from Cardiff. Chief exec says no flights will be cancelled. That's because hardly anyone uses it!

Yes we were, although not their fault, since found out it was a strike by Air Traffic Control in France.

Still a pain, but hopefully will fly out on Monday xx
