Getting a Covid test in the Cap

So you will soon need a relevant Negative Covid test (nobody is sure exactly which tests are valid) within 72 hours of travel to get back into the UK. OK it’s only January but if this is still in force or back in force when the Cap D’Agde season starts, how easy is it to get a test in that area for non EU (ie UK) visitors and what the costs/practicalities? Is it even possible?
