Using status updates to look for meets

This is becoming increasingly common. Is the site doing anything about this? I'd suggest given the current situation that anyone using status updates in this way be given some kind of time out from using the site, as merely deleting the status doesn't stop them from re-posting it. Flouting the lockdown to get your end away is frankly shocking and measures need to be taken to stop it.
