it can take up to 48 hours op be patient, and even then you may/may not get a response

It's worth checking in the site FAQs, especially 'You don't reply to any of my emails'.

Fab doesn't have a huge team of staff, the mods are typically very generous volunteers. This largely means that feedback sent will always be read but not generally acknowledged or replied to. If there's something extraordinary, urgent etc, then whilst you can inform the Admin team when you contact them, it's still potentially not going to be something that's handled differently than how Fab state in the FAQs.

Consider asking in the forum, as other users may be able to help you somehow.

The forum can’t answer my question, it’s one only the Admin / Mods can assist with but I do do value your input. Thank you.

Ok if it is about bans, be that forum or chat....once you send a contact to Admin they will review for you. If they think a mistake has been made they will contact you and lift the ban. If you don't hear anything back from Admin you should assume Admin think it was the right ban and maybe check out the chat and forum rules.
