Not sure if I’m doing something wrong? Our messages seem to have been frozen? We’ve been banned from sending?

Not sure the reason behind it?

Any clues?

It’s saying. -

Sorry you can't send messages just now. Try again in a couple of hours the block will have cleared!

But has said this nearly all day? Not sure what’s triggered it?

Have you sent anyone a message with a link to a website in it? I think that, and certain words, can trigger an auto ban.
