What are members thoughts on users on here using it to promote “hardcore” premium Snapchat accounts? Is it what this site is for?

It isn't no and it really isn't allowed. If you can report any users you see like this Admin can chuck them off

I have on a few now, seen at least 3 just local to me, but nothing gets done, quite hard to prove.

It isn't hard to prove if you say they are advertising on the site. Trust me, they get disabled from using the site which will looked blocked to you
