have we got problems getting email notifications

i dont get none

Travelling

Go to "My Account" and on the left hand side click "Email Notifications". Check that the email address is right, and also that there is a green tick against "Private Messages".

If that is all correct, you may find the messages are going to your junk mail. If so, you should be able to change your email settings to fix this.

notification suddenly stopped from here

You don't have any spam folders? They usually come as default on email accounts.
