If someone uploads a new picture; which they upload as 'Public' - and they do so by accident and then change it to 'Friends only' or 'Private' shortly after its been approved, does it still show in the Newest Public Photos Gallery?

Because I've noted instances where a picture will be displayed in the gallery, and then you go to the users profile page to find there is no corresponding public picture showing on their profile page.

It's a different bug to do with caching and profile page lagging newest photos.

It's on our list to fix.
