Sudden need for photo vari

A couple I have been chatting to on here have suddenly had a page come up to say they are unable to log in until they photo varify. They have been on here ages and are verified by a meet.

Is there a way they can find out why this has changed?

I had this happen, although I wasn't meet verified at the time. I suspect someone reported me as fake.

There are lots of reasons why someone may need to verify themselves. If they upload their PV pic, once it is approved they will be able to use the site
