asked admin to unblock someone twice now, that i had reported....the problem has been sorted but admin still not unblocked.....can admin not unblock a block they did??

you can unblock by goin to your block list and un block them

We have written to admin many times about various issues etc, never had an answer....more shd be done than passing the buck!
