What’s the point in having them as a filter when people clearly change their age to get around them!

can only change your age once x just in case you made a mistake when setting up profile it does happen sometimes x

Is it the same profile or have they deleted and then started another one with the same name, I assume if they do that they get chance to put in a new age each time and the change it 'once' ! (I may be talking crap - but just a thought)

Are your age filters on?

Just curious as mine are on & shows as men aged 34 to 54 only, the 'only' shows when the age filter is on & doesn't when not.

Apologies if that's not correct

It doesn't look like the age filter is set

I don't know why they would need to change age.

Filters stop as soon as messages are shared so they'd be exempt from filters.

Filters don't apply and people can message if you've mailed someone before (if you message someone you have filtered, they can reply), you have winked at someone, or you are friends.

Unless you've switched them off, since you've posted this, there would be no need for anybody to change their age to message you. You've expressed an age preference, but haven't applied a filter.

it is not, you have to go into message filters and top option is age filter. You can block anyone who isn't in your age preference xx
