Forum add more Countries

Looking in the Worldwide Forum I see a point to add a few more Countries.

Personally I would be keen for Netherlands and Germany.

There should be criteria about the number of users posting for a Country before creating a new country and I accept my suggestions might not cut the mustard. However having a criteria might be good.
