Unable to post in the forums or post a meet

My wife has been a member now for two weeks. She has tried endlessly to post a meet on her profile for the past two days and it won’t save. Also she has tried to post here in the forum but not saving her forum post.

Could it be that because I’ve posted on a device we both use that it is denying her access to use? She has reported this to admin several times but no joy there and the problem still isn’t fixed. Can anyone shed any light on the problem please

Perhaps she needs to contact admin. Maybe a site glitch or something.

You have to have an account for longer than two days, for posting on the forum. I'm sure it's the same for a meet advertisement too.
