Is an ethnicity search likely to appear any time soon? It would help all those girls only looking for black cock, as well as guys like me that love Indian, Brazilian, Afro-Caribbean and Asian girls but can't seem to find any on here!

I totally agree that an ethnicity search would make life easier

Yes i agree, an Ethnicity seciton on profiles would make it easier to find people you are looking for and block those you are not.

It would be better as I have seen many profiles saying "White people only, Not racist just our preference"

Perhaps an friendly email to the websites admin could get this update

Totteridge/Whetstone

At some point we intend to optionally allow people to specify and search on this.

(Cue: Someone saying that this would be against the law.)

Thanks! That would be brills.

I doubt it would be against the law if everyone supplies the information voluntarily (with an option to choose 'none specified') on their profile, anymore than it would be saying "Guys over 25 only, please". That's acceptable and people can't help their ethnicity anymore than their age.

I've seen other sites allow it, so I'm sure you'd be fine. Even match.com allows it!

If it was filtering out people for a job, perhaps, that WOULd be unfair. But not a shag

Would it also allow users to block certain ethnic groups.

If I was doing it, I'd suggest a feature is added to every member's profile (where they input their age, postcode, gender etc) which says 'ethnicity' and gives options like Mixed, White, Asian etc and has a None Specified option too.

Couples wouldn't need to say 'We're mixed race' as it would be obvious from their profiles. The default setting would be None Specified when the feature appears and people could change it if they wanted to.

Hope that helps, mods.

The problem could be though that people would block None Specified one the grounds that people who do not specify their race have 'something to hide' but hey ho I suppose no system is ever perfect
