Profile requires photo validation ?

A friend has joined fab, and has been verified by another person (not me) but the account is now locked, requiring photo validation ?

Is photo validation mandatory to have an account on fab ? I thought it was optional ?

The common response on this is it isn't mandatory (surprised the mods haven't told you this) there must be another issue that they don't feel the need to point out for some reason.

I’ve been locked out pending photo verification before now. For me, I’m guessing, it was because i’d set up a series of profiles within relatively quick succession from the same IP address and had no pics nor veris showing on the single profile I was using. I think fab admin do it on profiles showing suspect patterns of behaviour.

It isn't compulsory but some people have to do it for various reasons. If the person uploads a PV they will be able to use the site. any problems ask the person themselves to contact Admin from the contact button
