I like the fact that the site is free. I happily site support every month but not everyone can afford it or some might be married men or women who wouldn't want it showing up on their bills. Numbers would drop drastically if forced to pay.

The tools the site provide give us everything we need to control our incoming mail.

I do like the idea of a 48 hour forum free for all without punishment though.

I wouldn't allow club hosts/owners to be admins/mods to reduce the amount of preferential bias.

I'd also have reports sent to senior mods for review (senior mod anonymous) so that decisions can be checked to make sure decisions are on the level and not tipped in favour of friends.
